Our Vision & Mission

The vision of the Commission is to be the leading body in the promotion and coordination of the development and usage of Kiswahili for regional unity and sustainable socio-economic development in Partner States.

Objectives

• Enhance political, economic and social unity within the East African Community
• Encourage and develop mutually beneficial collaboration between Member Kiswahili Councils and between them and Governments of partner States and other organizations, both public and private.
